These were the final two 555FS F-16s departing from Burlington
to Eielson AFB, AK for exercise Red Flag Alaska 07-2. They did
arrive already at Burlington May 29, but due to some maintenance
issues their departure was delayed untill today.

That <140.025> is their VICTOR-10 air-to-air frequency.
