[MilCom] Coronet right now

I am getting A-A comms on 140.025.  Man said, "Oz to Reach,
we're going to use 378.200 for refueling."

Switched to 378.200 and they are starting to refuel.

No definitive callsigns heard yet other than the OZ to REACH
in the conversation.

Transmissions are weak but audible and are breaking squelch.
Must be on my fringes of reception.
