Possibly another new callsign for Dover's new C-17.

RIDER 99 reports doing local pattern work at Dover last night on
CP 349.400 then will do some practice combat offloads and is alpha 1.
Also departed as ROYAL 50 yesterday morning for quickie local mission.
They are not letting that new C-17 gather dust.
