1630z  IVAN 1 F16 414CTS, Nellis AFB w/LSV Clearance 289.40.

1640z  GAMBLER 41 x8 77FS Shaw AFB w/LSV Tower 327.00.  Cleared for the 
right break to Rwy21

2240z  CODY 01  C130? I don't have this one listed.  w/LSV tower 327.0.

2243z  KING 02   C130 CA ANG? w/LSV tower 327.0

Slow day as I had other stuff to do.  Weather here was terrible for 
flying/turbulance/wind/dust/visibility.  Could not see anything due to 
blowing dust.  LAS App Control asked a Southwest flight about flight 
conditions, SWA replied "It sucks up here".  He also said that you 
better be bolted down up here.  Several a/c reported severe turbulance 
as well.  No range activity noted up in Area 51 also.  Hopefully better 
tomorrow.
