[MilCom] P-3C "Lima Lima 13" with nav problems

"Lima Lima 13," a VP-30 P-3C out of NAS Jacksonville is up with Miami Ctr  on 
126.95, and says he is having navigation problems. He verifies with Miami Ctr 
 that he is on a 335 heading.
