[MilCom] E-4B "Drag 45" departs Patrick, to Offutt AFB

Moments ago at 7:35am EST (1235z), E-4B "Drag  45" departed Patrick AFB after 
remaining here for several days. This is his  second trip to the base in a 
couple of weeks.
   The aircraft markings were clearly visible again today; he is  Offutt 55W 
E-4B #75-0125.

   He is burning 356.15 WBFM, and I have had a carrier on 251.0  as well 
since his departure.
