[MilCom] E-4B just landed at Patrick AFB

It is Fri, 12:17pm EST (1717z).
  What a surprise!
  Offutt 55W E-4B #75-0125 just landed at Patrick AFB. What a gorgeous  
plane; and this time his markings and serial are clearly visible.
  He is using the callsign "_____ 22"; I could not make out the word  in the 
beginning of the callsign.
  As he approached, I did not hear him burning WBFM carrier.
