[MilCom] 325.0 from Southern MD

Folks,

I am picking up some very unusaul comms here from Southern MD. I can't
figure out who they are.

Referencing BOOM, Data Control, 15,000 feet of runway. Unusually clear
comms. 

Anybody else have any idea as to what this is?
