Coordination Nets?

Locally I know that Westover ARB (MA) Fire Department can access the local
Fire Coordination Net on 154.28. I am not sure about the Security Police
having base radio access to the Law Enforcement Coordination Nets
(155.475/460.225). Westover ARB is the primary response to any aircraft
fire or security incidents on the airfield. The Massachusetts State Police
also has a responsibility for response. Local PD (Chicopee) additional have
a responsibility.
As far as Barnes ANGB (MA), the Base Fire Department not only has access to
the local area Fire Coordination Net (as above) but also has access to the
Westfield FD's (154.43) repeater system. I am not sure about the Security
Police having access to the Law Enforcement Nets (as above). Barnes ANGB
is the primary response to any airport fire incidents. Security is
primarily for the assigned military aircraft & facilities. The
Massachusetts State PD as well as Westfield PD are primarily responsible for
all other security responses.
At Bradley ANGS (CT), the Base Fire Department has access to the Bradley FD
system (453.50) and the Security Police (contracted and active duty) have
access to the CT State PD Troop W 800 mhz digital trunking system. I am
also assuming that they both have access to the various coordination nets
(FD 154.265) and (PD 460.075). Bradley ANG is a secondary response to an
aircraft incidents on the field. Security is responsible for their
appropriate flight line areas & base facilities.
Generally also as far as Westover & Barnes go -- It appears to me that
telephone coordination is used primarily by the security police rather than
radio communications.
So what are others finding in their monitoring efforts?
