[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Lifter 31 air-air with Grits 23

It is Wed, 10:59am EST (1559z).
  A short while ago Charleston AFB 437AW C-17A "Lifter 31" completed  pattern 
work here at Patrick AFB and departed the area.  On his way out he  had 
air-air comms with stablemate "Grits 23" and advised Grits 23 of conditions  at 
Patrick.  They used 319.4 for air-air.
