[MilCom] [Astra?] 84 heading to Fairchild

It is Tue, 11:59am EST (1659z).
  [ASTRA?] 84 was just up with a Metro on 344.6, informing that he was  near 
Cross City FL, at FL340 and "due east of your position." Was probably  talking 
to Eglin AFB Metro.
  Also informed that he was inbound from Puerto Rico and heading home  to 
Fairchild. They had heard about the bad wx near New Orleans and was looking  for 
the best routing home.
