[MilCom] DeCee 91 working over Florida

At 10:55am (1555z) this morning, KC-135R "DeCee 91" (Andrews  AFB, 459ARW) 
departed Patrick and headed for a fix on the Leesburg FL  radial.  Soon 
thereafter I heard some fighters up looking for him, but did  not catch the freq or 
callsign.
