I had an UNKNOWN RIDER call on BIG FOOT/AICC 364.2 and UHF GUARD 243.0 
around 0400Z at 40.3/-124.5 which is offshore Pacific north of 
Mendocino.  It's been my experience that these UNKNOWN RIDER calls are 
E-6s who don't check in, either on purpose (always testing, why not?) or 
by mistake.  Nothing heard in response to JO or QP.  Nothing on the 
SBS-1 box, either.  No contacts here since this morning around 1230Z 
with 162783.
