     COMBATANT is what I was hearing earlier as DEPENDENT.  8992.0 was
active at 0510z with the player (good but faded to weak/barely
readable by end of xmn; sounds like COME BACK here but it probably
COMBATANT) bcsting at least UKGUYF (plus maybe a string preceding it),
and closing with the "standing by for traffic" statement.  8992.0 is
active at 0520z with weak player (probably HATHAWAY; weak/often
unreadable) bcstig what sounds like UKBJZA and UKGUYF and qrm'd by
OFFUTT with multiple EAM bcsts.

     UKGUYF has been active for more than 5 hours.  Long lived
activity and into their 2nd week of "standing by for traffic"
activity.
