[MilCom] Bolivian Air Force C-130 to Lake City MAP, Florida

It is Wed, 3:13pm EDT (1913z).
  "FAB 61" a Bolivian Air Force C-130 just departed Patrick AFB.   His 
destination is KLCQ (Lake City MAP).  It is not unusual for Bolivian AF  acft that 
come into Patrick to go to Lake City MAP, although most of the time  they head 
the other way, down to Opa Locka A/p.
   Handoff sequence so far has been 133.75, 132.65, 124.8.
