[MilCom] Mil acft on VHF ATC freqs

It is 1:58pm EDT (1758z).
  USAF contractor flight "Air Transport 540" (DC-8) departed  Patrick and 
headed home to McGuire AFB. Handoffs were 133.75, 132.65, 124.8,  126.95, 134.0, 
119.825.
  "Navy WB 774" (Patuxent NAS P-3C) is passing through the area,  heading to 
NAS Key West.  Just heard his handoff from 119.825 (Miami Ctr @  Melbourne) to 
125.075/319.0 (Miami Ctr @ Vero); he came up on the VHF freq  125.075.
