[MilCom] Pelican 71D in comms with NAS Jax via 8992.0 kHz USB

It is Wed, 03:00am EDT (0700z).
  Jax P-3C "Pelican 71D" is in a phone patch with "Fiddle" (TSC at NAS  Jax) 
via the Puerto Rico (remoted) HF-GCS station, 8992.0 kHz USB. He has  passed 
"Ops Normal" message and some undescernible information about his unid  
playmate. Nothing about RTBing, so we should be hearing from him some more  tonight.
