Here's some interesting information:
Apparently "Eagle Eyes" Program & other tip programs (by the various armed
services & DOD agencies) become what's known as 'TALON' (Threat & Local
Observation Notice) Reports which are all feed into a new Pentagon
organization called Counterintelligence Field Activity which analyzes and
forwards to other federal law enforcement agencies.

One has to wonder how much hobby activity including typical "on scene"
monitoring results in the generation of these reports?
