[MilCom] Portable Temporary Base Antenna Ideas?

I'm looking for an antenna that can easily be setup/taken down outside my 
fixed monitoring location & would require no guy wires.   Presently I use 
Grove's Universal Telescoping Whip Antennas 
(http://www.grove-ent.com/ANT6.html) connected directly to my scanners.  I 
don't want to pay more than $50.00 for this antenna, and the bands that I 
would like coverage on would be 138-151 mhz, & 220-400 mhz.

I'm finding that my LAN & computer, computer video monitor are intefereing 
extensively with VHF frequencies so I beleive if I can set up a temporary 
outside antenna this will cure that situation.   Installation in the attic 
is also not an option.

Any ideas?
