[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - EGG PLANT and MUNICIPAL

     11175.0 was active at 1907z with EGG PLANT (fair/good levels
here) working OFFUTT (fair) for a phonepatch to a common DSN 271
number (id'd as BACKBENCH) for orderwire coordination for RF 16 7C
"over" BACKBENCH or RACE CAR (GEP aliases), and gone.  During the comm
ANDREWS (fair) worked MUNICIPAL (fair/good) and moved him to 11220.0.

     11220.0 was active at 1916z with MUNICIPAL (good) calling and
working ANDREWS (unheard here) and told to stand by for 2 minutes.  At
1919z ANDREWS (fair) called and worked MUNICIPAL and into what sounded
like "4-wire" data traffic at 1920z.
