I'm shocked that no one answered you, Rob. There's a heckuva lot on milair for you to hear, assuming you have
a milair capable scanner and an antenna nice and high in the air fed with the right coax. Much of this spills
over into the central Maryland area, and is heard here with modest equipment. Apart from Grove's
directory, you can look at the following - sit back and get your favorite drink, as you're in for
some reading....

get the AP1B and US IFR Planning documents; they're still available, at least last I checked.

With these 2 links, go past the FAA supplied data and pay attention to the lists that follow them. The
ATA-100 data is not all that accurate; this has been discussed in the past...

The Southern most regions of the NY ARTCC

check the Barnegat, Matawan and Ship Bottom areas first
Much of the following has been heard by folks in the NJ, Del and Maryland areas as reported on
another list, and has been built by their loggings;
The milair freqs for Philadelphia Intl Airport

Aircraft have been heard calling on these frequencies:
228.0 AR777 Ops area Primary (by the way, this track is not on the FLIP docs, as far as I know...)
288.0 AR777 Ops area secondary
395.1 "Baton Ops" PA ANG 193rd SOW Command Post
237.2 Kiowa MOA
283.1 Warren Grove Range
While this isn't heavily milair, it may have additional freqs for Dover, McGuire and other
bases in the area....
