    244.400 hasn't been all that interesting, but 157.125 has been
    fascinating to listen to.  It sounds like they are testing some
    sort of remotely-piloted vessel.  STINGER 1 and STINGER 2
    are the vessels that BIG ORANGE is controlling.  STINGER
    seems to be some sort of support for STINGERs 1 and 2.
    PHEONIX 92 is apparently an airborn relay between all 
    concerned.
