[MilCom] CG Rescue 2112

  CG Rescue 2112 has announced to CAMSLANT via 8983.0 kHz USB that  they are 
landing at Puerto Plata to refuel.
  Sector Puerto Rico has instructed CG Rescue 2112 to check on the  stricken 
vessel after refueling at Puerto Plata.
  CG Rescue 2112 reports that even after the offer of assistance by  the 
container ship, the captain of the striken vessel says he will not leave the  
vessel until help arrives to tow it to shore.  CG Rescue 2112 requests that  
CAMSLANT coordinate with the Dominican Republic Coast Guard to see if they will  
render assistance.
