[MilCom] LOW BAND

Ken and all,  I keep 30.45 MHz (Ft Hood Range Control) in a scanner at all times. When it (or 6 or 10 meters) becomes active, I ususally search VHF Low Band. There is always a chance of hearing MILCOMS on low band. Obviously there is a better chance at solar sunspot maximum, but the band is subject to widespread openings at any time.
