[MilCom] marine emergency

The only Navy ship with 49 I see that it could be is USS Robert G. 
Bradley FFG-49 out of Mayport, Fl.  Frigates are often used in the 
counter drug role.  USS Harpers Ferry LSD-49 out of Sasebo, Japan is the 
only 49 I see.
