[MilCom] Reach 540 looking to land somewhere

A short while ago, KC-135 "Reach 540" contacted Patrick AFB's  CP on 383.0, 
then Patrick's PTD on 372.2, attempting to divert here because the  runway is 
closed at MacDill.
   I had to chuckle because I knew Patrick would talk him out of  landing 
here. Patrick talks them out of landing in mid-week; there was no way  they would 
take him on the weekend.
   Sure enough after tossing him between the freqs they refused  him.  He 
again contacted MacDill's Lightning Ops on 311.0 and was  unsuccessful getting 
them to take him.  He says he has 57 SOB and needs to  get down; also needs 
Customs.
  He had someone call 870-4563 (unk location, but that is a  Hunter DSN 
prefix) to see if he could park on their ramp.  I never  heard the resolution of 
his problem.
  A pilot's life is not easy.
