[MilCom] Teal 24 inbound NAS-Norfolk

A short while ago, at 2:56pm EST (1956z), Teal 24 (Keesler AFB  C-130) came 
up with Patrick AFB's MAYAAP Ops on 383.0 and had them contact  NAS-Norfolk's 
ATOC at DSN 564-7725 and pass their 2130z ETA at Norfolk's  Chambers Field.
   At the moment (3:38pm EST), Teal 24 is up with Jacksonville  Ctr's 135.05.
