2005Z 378.100 LIBERATOR CP Andrews - DC 91 (KC-135R 459th ARW AFRC Andrews) - wkg LIBERATOR here with operational message with ETA GSB (Seymour Johnson AFB) in 30 mins.

NOTE: the 459th ARW CP (LIBERATOR on 351.200) was stood down recently, so all traffic has moved over to 378.100.
