[MilCom] Bolt refueling Sentry: air-air comms on 348.9

It is Thu, 11:46am (1646z).
  I am hearing "Sentry" in air-air refueling with "Bolt" in  AR-618.  Comms 
are on 348.9. Sentry has asked Bolt to lengthen their time  on the boom.
