[MilCom] Gold 09 inbound MacDill AFB

Moments ago (2:28pm EST, 1928z), Gold 09 came  up on 311.0 with MacDill's 
Lightning Ops and reported  30 min out with 40K#  fuel aboard.  Says he is Code 
1, no writeups; now THAT is unusual  !
   As I am typing this (2:42pm EST) Gold 09 is  up again with Lightning Ops.
