[MilCom] Petro 41 told to contact Panther

It is 2:19pm EDT (1819z).
  Moments ago Petro 41, up on 11175 kHz USB, requested Station Puerto  Rico 
call DSN 650-2714 to determine status of Petro 42. PR did so and advised  that 
Petro 42 had departed at 1354z.  Then PR instructed Petro 41 to  contact 
Panther on 15025 kHz USB. Nothing heard there yet.
  Panther is an OPBAT base; I wonder if she meant to say Smasher, the  
SOUTHAF Flight Monitoring Facility in the Carib.
