[MilCom] 11175.0 - MCCLELLAN

     11175.0 was active at 0205z with [too weak to id] 42 working
MCCLELLAN (weak/mostly readable) for message traffic and given ZRID3A.
 ___ 42 then stated something that sounded like he was "over Buffalo"
and passed OPS NORMAL 0207z and gone.
