[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - DOOM 94

     11175.0 was active at 0144z with DOOM 94 (fair/weak levels here)
working MCCLELLAN (fair/weak) for a phone patch to a DSN 781 id'd as
MUDBUG CONTROL to adivse DOOM 94 would be declaring an IFE on landing
due to overheating of generator of #5 engine and failure to decouple
from ending #5.  He id'd himeslf at 60019 and would be at 250,000
gross pounds at landing at 2100 local(0300z).
