[MilCom] San Francisco Aero's 5547 overwhelmed by crypto signal

It is 0713z.
I am listening to San Francisco Aero Radio's 5547, with a fairly good  signal 
coming into me here on the US east coast.  Every few moments there  is a 
burst of what sounds like encrypted comms. The signal overwhelms San  Francisco. 
Anyone else got this?
