[MilCom] JOSA 458, with standby crew

It is Fri, 5:20pm EDT (2120z).
  Moments ago, JOSA 458 (C-21A #40122) landed at Patrick AFB. After  
attempting 372.2, he came up on 139.3 with Patrick Base Ops and informed them  "We are 
the standby crew coming in; we might be here for a couple of days. We  have a 
Code A-6 plus Space-A passenger."
  This is probably the standby crew for the aircraft that will arrive  with 
VP Cheney tomorrow, so he can view the STS-121 Shuttle launch and see the  
Pepsi 400 race at Daytona Speedway.
