[MilCom] Reach 9190

It is Fri, 4:59pm EDT (2059z).
  Reach 9190 is inbound to MacDill AFB. Says he has one passenger to  
offload. Will be landing with 110K pounds fuel, and may upload 70K pounds  fuel.
  At first I thought this was the Charleston C-17A (89-1190) that  often 
flies under that callsign, but now I am wondering if it might be the  AK-ANG 
KC-135 91190 from Eielson, if that bird is still around.
