It is not just the Supplements that are  inaccurate. The printing cycle of 
all publications takes so much time that they  are always at some risk of 
obsolescence by the time they show up at our  doorstep. The most accurate 
information is from active monitors who post  accurately on well managed Email groups. 
That information is at least accurate  on a daily basis, moreso than 
publications and websites.
