Some European "sources" indicated that the AF 1 callsign wasn't used at all. 
Surely with the "mission accomplished" guy on board an Iraq being so safe to 
land, they should have definitely used the AF ONE, "bring em on" 
callsign..... ;)

My guess is that he changed aircraft & either flew in on a C130 or C17?

Perhaps other "collagues" on the list will have more definitive information 
they could provide to us.
