[MilCom] Programming update

I just did a reset of one of the  Pro-97's, and tried the stalker...works 
fine.  I programmed it again with Scan Cat..stalker was deaf.  I programmed 
it using Win-97, and it worked fine again.

Looks like I need to get to the bottom of the signal stalker and ScanCat 
mismatch. Until then...I'm using Win-97.

Any suggestions ?  All thoughts welcome.
