Michael:
There is TACAMO and there is TACOMA (like the city in the State of
Washington).
The nickname for the E-6s is TACAMO (Take Charge and Move Out), and it is
the aircraft model's nickname, not its callsign. Lately the TACOMA callsign
(note the difference in spelling) has been used by commercial aircraft
flying North-South routes. I hear them almost every day. So far I have not found
out which airline or charter is using the TACOMA callsign, but I am trying.
TACAMO E-6s never use TACAMO as a callsign anyway.
