Held for quite a while on the ground due to a Potomac TRACON delay - they wouldn't approve a flight Davison-A.P. Hill-Davison if they landed A.P. Hill. Straightened it out and he finally departs rwy 32 and QSYs to 118.95. N321F is in an overall dark gray (almost black) color scheme, with the reg. in light gray, plus ANVIS and other markings on the tail also in gray.

Low-Flying Planes To Collect Data
Four airplanes, including a type used in a James Bond
movie, will fly low over the Washington region today,
tomorrow and Friday to help compile radar information,
the Defense Department announced yesterday.
The planes are a Dassault Falcon 20, a DeHavilland
DH6, an Inventus radio-controlled craft and the BD-5J,
which is less than 13 feet long and is known as a
microjet. Bond flew one through a hangar to make an
escape in the film "Octo*****."
The Pentagon said the flights will allow ground-based
sensors to collect radar information from aircraft of
a variety of sizes and flight characteristics.
According to the Pentagon, the flights are expected to
cause minimal disruption.
