[MilCom] Milcom Monitoring Consolidated Reference Source Point?

Looks like www.radioreference.com has started a "wiki" that will consolidate 
basically all worldwide information on milcom monitoring.  Check out:

What I find interesting is the number of mail lists that seem to be 
milcom/milair related.
shows about 13 groups directly related to milcom.  One has to wonder how may 
of the same hobbyists on this list belong to the rest of these lists?
