Westover ARB is presently closed due to potential explosive device in 
vehicle on base.   Appears individual in custody has some mental issues & 
may have indicated something about explosive device.

State Police Explosive EOD team has been requested.

State PD "BADGE 3" helo is up also providing aerial surveillance.
