[MilCom] MIL : 13211.0 - CORN HILL and ANDREWS with HF data

     11175.0 was active at 2338z with CORN HILL (weak/mostly
unreadable here) working OFFUTT (weak/fair) with OFFUTT sending CORN
HILL to 11220.0.

     11220.0 was active at 2347z with CORN HILL (weak/barely readable
to unreadable) working ANDREWS (weak/readable to fair) and ANDREWS
sending CORN HILL to 13211.0.

     13211.0 was active at 2359z with ANDREWS (weak to good levels)
working CORN HILL (weak/sometimes readable with fading) for HF data. 
First attempt from ANDREWS was unsuccessful and at 0011z CORN HILL was
back up under his "new day" alias (___UAL; too weak to understand)
calling ANDREWS.
