      6761.0 was active at 1812z+/- with unid activity (too muffled to
understand the id's.)  JETT/JEST 23 (unable to understand the id) was
active at 1800z+/- on 11175.0 with phone patch to DYESS via MCCLELLAN
regarding AR activity and wanted his recievers to come up on 6761.0. 
That may be his activity at mid day.
