[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - READY MADE, RUG BEAR/MUG BEER and BRAGGART

     8992.0 was active at 0120z with BRAGGART (weak/readable) bcsting
the 32-character EAM XJZL26 and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0
(very weak), and unheard here on 4724.0 and 15016.0.  H+20/h+50
activity.  Probably TACAMO PAC.

     8992.0 was active at 0124z with unid player (no id given;
weak/fair) miskeying his mic saying "RUG BEAR (or MUG BEER), how me?"
and quiet.

     8992.0 was active at 0125z with READY MADE (good/fair levels;
distinctive audio) calling ANDREWS a number of times with no response.
