0355Z - RAYMOND-21 de HAZY-23, rqst current status of the runway.  Do you
have ___ for the fixing of __?
0442Z - RAYMOND-21 de HAZY-29 (calz again @ 0451Z w/ no joy noted again)
finally makes contact @ 0456Z - understand runway is closed to us at this
time and wondering what the plan is for us?  Nothing about LINCOLN?  Is
there any reason why we could not go to LINCOLN? 29 copies; we are almost
overhead OFFUTT at this time.  Estimate 40 minutes to WHITEMAN from this
position
(sounds like there are a couple of unhappy crews over Nebraska currently)
