Managed to catch the tail-end of this during break at
work.

1804L/2304Z

COBRAx4 doing some sort of ACM or combat practise. 
Working with c/s CHALICE on 254.2 & 316.3.  No idea on
a/c type or homebase.

Ref to "bogey engaged," "FOX 3 release" and "positive
contact."

COBRA 3 made a request for the flight to RTB as 2
2-ship formations.  Received clearance to SYR on ZBW
UCA09 323.0, FL230, SQWK 4627.

CHALICE announced that the airspace was released @ 2311Z
