[MilCom] I.S.P. Problems

Hello Group,  Has anyone had any problems using the I.S.P."Earthlink" on the reflectors ? I have read memos on the Icom reflector where some I.S.P.'s will not allow a reflector set up. I am not having any problems with my current provider but may be changing to Earthlink in the near future and would dislike not being able to receive the reflectors after signing a two year contract.     Cobra 03 has been up on 234.5mhz every week after 0300-Z working Greenville Foxtrot and Echo while testing equipment, "orbiting" the area around DFW.If anyone can give me some signal reports , time and your location it would be appreciated. I have found that the ground station "Greenville E & F" is an aeronautical company in Greenville Texas "N.E. of Dallas" operating out of the Greenville Muni. Airport. They are associated with the USAF Material Command , Det. 2 ,Aeronautical Systems Center ,Wright Patterson AFB Ohio. Cobra ## is a NC=135W ? according to Volume 7 Issue 1 of Combat Aircraft Magazine."Must have for Mil-Com Buffs". Any info on this 135 variant ?  Thanks , Randy
