[MilCom] 36-Ft vessel taking on water rapidly, offshore Florida

It is 11:47am EST (1647z).
   Puppy II, a 36-ft vessel is in dire straits offshore  Florida.  They are 
in comms with USCG Station Port Canaveral regarding  their taking on water at 
rapid pace.
   CG Station Port Canaveral is in comms with other vessels in  the area to 
get assistance for Puppy II, and has passed the stricken vessel's  coordinates 
to CG Vessels 47301 and 25442 who are en route.  Comms have  been on 156.8 and 
157.15.
   Latest coordinates for Puppy II are 28-41.16 North, 80-26.56  West.
